4th 2011The Washington Capitals have acquired young star forward Derek Roy form the Buffalo Sabres. In return the Sabres will receive: RW Tomas FLieschmann, RW Andrew Gordon and a 4th 2011. Caps fan 19 had this to say: "We are very excited to bring Derek (Roy) in. we feel he excels at both ends of the ice and will really improve our 2nd line." This trade comes one day after The Washington Capitals and the Buffalo Sabras made a huge blockbuster deal, which sent elite goalie Ryan Miller to the Capitals. |
