GM Caps Fan 19 Had this to say: "I feel that Volchenkov is the one huge piece we are missing in this club. He is very strong, very physical and arguably the best defensive dman in the league. We will play him 5 on 5, 4 on 5, 4 on 4 and he will be the stay at home dman that we need to pair with Mike (Green)."
